RETURN POLICY
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return. It also must be in the original packaging with all accessories. Any return that receives a return label must have the item shipped within 7 days of receiving the label. We will not accept returns that go beyond the 7-day window.

Package/Freight Items
Customer is responsible for noting any damage on product or package when receiving packages, pallets, crates, freight items and small packages in a timely manner of 3 business days. Pictures are required for warranty issues and return. Greenland Supplies is not responsible for products damaged upon customer opening or removing items from packaging. Greenland Supplies has the right to refuse returns for damaged items received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to refuse to refund shipping charges at our discretion.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular price items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@greenlandsupplies.com
